"Robinson the journey" - Rover concept design

Planetary exploration rover with folding crane-arm.
The main inspiration was taken from a spider.
It has a flexible pivot in the middle of the vehicle so it can use additional forces aside from it's wheels in case its stuck in some weird situations.
Each of its wheels is located on 8 independent industrial robot arms (appearing in yellow color) which provide a better adjustment to rough terrain, and can actually walk a little bit which also helps in some difficult situations.

The story through both images is that Tim - the space explorer, is a little sad because it's his birthday and he is far away from home, so his co-workers decided to throw him a little surprise party using the crane and some meteorological balloons.
