Slightly earlier concept art version but close to the final look.
Later was a bit more straightened out and shortened.
Also, a basic 3D block out that tests the visibility of elements especially in first person view.
It was based on an existing rifle as the story implied it has been modified/fitted to transform it into a flame rifle.
The idea for functionality coming from our designers is that you pump the air into the oil tank with a handle, and it increases the pressure which overtime slowly drops. Then you release it in order to let the oil flow out and get ignited by the small constant burner.
